Pushing and Pulling

$0.00

In our Pushing and Pulling lesson plan, students are introduced to the physics behind pushing and pulling. Students practice determining whether an object is being pushed or pulled and come up with their own examples of objects that are pushed and pulled.

Description

Our Pushing and Pulling lesson plan introduces students to the physics behind pushing and pulling in a very accessible way. During this lesson, students are asked to view images and decide if they belong in the pushing, pulling, or push and pull categories in order to demonstrate that they understand the difference. Students are also asked to explain how each force can be used in a number of listed sports in order to help students connect the lesson to the real world.

At the end of the lesson, students will be able to define force and identify the difference between pushing and pulling and give examples of each.
