Our The Atom Bomb lesson plan explores the effects of an atomic bomb as a wartime strategy and introduces the history of the atomic bomb that was dropped on Japan during the end of WWII. During this lesson, students are asked to work in groups to answer questions about the moral and ethical implications of the atom bomb. Students are also asked to match terms with their definitions, demonstrating their understanding of the lesson vocabulary.
At the end of the lesson, students will be able to define and identify the atomic bomb that was dropped on Japan during the end of WWII.
